Rick Anderson - Bass & Vocals

Rick has been playing music in various bands throughout Columbus and the surrounding area for several decades. He realized music was what he wanted to do when he saw the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. The Beatles continue to be a motivation and influence for his musical style. In addition to the Beatles, Rick was also influenced by artists such as, Eric Clapton, Joe Walsh, and Jimi Hendrix.

Rick played lead guitar in the Columbus based rock band, Felony, in the early 80's with These Guys Live lead singer Michael Doctor. He also played lead guitar with the country/rock band The Pleasant Mountain Boys, in the 80's. They made several trips to Nashville and played on the Grand Ole Opry stage along with television appearances there as well. He played bass with The Donna Mogavero Band and the Mimi Rousseau Band in the 1990's. Following that Rick played bass with the group Enchanted for 8 years.

Rick's current position as bass player for These Guys Live is one that he thoroughly enjoys and looks forward to rockin' for many more years.
