Flint Vasher

Flint Vasher began performing music at live music venues in Dallas Texas at the age of 18 and hasn’t stopped since.  Primarily playing and recording originals through the 90’s and 2000’s ranging from alternative rock, to heavy metal, to psychedelic funk rock.  Flint Vasher has a wide range of bass skills and a large vocal range to complement the group.

Flint Vasher played bass guitar for Dallas legendary band Doosu in the mid 90’s opening for national acts such as Presidents of the USA, The Toadies, Tripping Daisy, Course of Empire, and Porno for Pyros.  Doosu won a national unsigned band contest sponsored by the Grammy's and Flint was honored to have attended the Grammy's in 1996 and play two shows In Hollywood including at the renowned Palace Theatre.  Doosu also toured regionally in the Southwest throughout Flint’s time with the band.  Doosu also played a private show for Columbia Records in the village in New York City in 1996.

Flint has recorded bass and vocals and written for many albums for bands such Altus in Portland Oregon, The Marshall Fucker Band in Columbus Ohio, Doosu, and Fruitcake-Superbeing in Dallas Texas.  Flint continues to write and record original music today.

Flint loves to perform live music so having the opportunity to play with These Guys Live is an honor and he looks forward to performing great sounding cover songs for audiences in Ohio.
